1. About Us

BassLine Music is a music instruction business owned and operated by Mikael Jacobson in Rancho Mirage, California. We provide private music lessons to students in the Coachella Valley.

2. Services

BassLine Music provides private music lessons and instruction. Specific services, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will inform you of the service and price before performing any work.

3. Lessons and Payment

Lessons are scheduled directly with BassLine Music in person, by phone at (818) 929-5695, or by text or email. Payment is due per your lesson billing arrangement unless otherwise agreed. Current tuition, scheduling, make-up, and performance policies are published at palmspringsmusiclessons.com/policies and form part of your lesson agreement.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and giving BassLine Music your verbal OK, you agree to receive automated text messages from BassLine Music related to your lessons, specifically a request to leave a Google review and one reminder message within 48 hours. Message frequency is limited to a maximum of two (2) messages per opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. 5. Use of Our Website

You agree to use palmspringsmusiclessons.com only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
Use the Site to harass, threaten, or defraud others
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site without our written permission

6. Intellectual Property

We provide our services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. Progress in music instruction depends on individual practice and participation; we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or rates of advancement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BassLine Music, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
